Customer Care Policy

If there’s anything we care about more than gardening and garden plants, it’s our customers. We are dedicated to quality plants and quality customer service. We stand behind both with our Retail Guarantee Policy -

  • Receipt or Proof of Purchase must be present.
  • 30 day full unconditional guarantee, if you are not satisfied.
  • 1 year guarantee on installed nursery stock:
    • 100% guarantee on Farm installed nursery stock. Replacements occur one time only.
    • 50% guarantee on all other retail nursery stock.
  • Farm installation is 100% of the retail price, $100.00 minimum plant purchase.
    • Does not cover native rhododendron, roses, B&B Christmas trees or any plant material overwintered in a container.
  • Replacement value can only be applied against the original retail price. Sale prices are excluded.
  • Replacement value may be redeemed one time only and within 1 year of initial purchase.
  • Does not cover plants damaged by neglect (improper planting, improper watering, animal damage, etc.)
  • Does not cover plants purchased on sale or at a discount from full retail.

Customers who purchase Myke, the biological growth supplement, when purchasing a plant are also covered by an additional guarantee from the supplement’s manufacturer.

Store Hours

Monday-Saturday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Sunday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
